Steve Oswald is currently a Doctorate of Physical Therapy student at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, UT. He received his Bachelors of Science degree from the College of Idaho in 2009. He majored in both Biology and Health Sciences, with an emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy. He’s currently a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He also holds advanced certifications as a Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist. He has had years of experience as a fitness facility manager, personal trainer, group exercise instructor, wellness coach, and corporate wellness consultant. Steve has an extensive background teaching students in the field, having instructed curriculum at Guardian College, the College of Idaho, College of Western Idaho, and Treasure Valley Community College. When not working diligently to improve the health of others, Steve can be found in any number of activities himself. He’s an active outdoorsman, frequently hiking, mountain biking, camping, and backpacking during the summer, while enjoying skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing during the winter months. Steve is also an avid sports fan, especially college football. You can typically find Steve glued to a TV watching football, or in attendance of a game most Saturdays from September to December.
